Leslie A. Sanchez, Esq. is a licensed attorney and the founding principal of Sanchez Legal Services, LLC — a litigation support and legal services firm built on the belief that precision, preparation, and professional infrastructure are the true differentiators in modern legal practice. Admitted to the bar in both New York and New Jersey, she brings to every engagement the dual perspective of a seasoned trial practitioner and a hands-on legal operations specialist who has worked every phase of a case from the inside out.
A graduate of New York Law School (J.D., 2022) and Long Island University — CW Post (B.S., 2010), Mrs. Sanchez's academic foundation is matched by more than a decade of front-line experience in some of New York's most demanding civil litigation environments. Before founding Sanchez Legal Services, she served as Office Manager and Senior Paralegal at Gropper & Nejat, PLLC — where she supervised all paralegal operations, reviewed and approved pleadings prior to attorney sign-off, managed complex court calendars across active dockets, and led extensive trial preparation including medical record review, physician affirmation coordination, and trial binder assembly. Earlier in her career, she provided paralegal leadership at Lerner, Arnold & Winston, managing the complete lifecycle of personal injury matters from inception through verdict, and at Goldstein & Bashner, where she supported complex litigation and corporate matters with full-cycle discovery coordination, NYSCEF and ECF e-filing, and LexisNexis and Westlaw research.
What distinguishes Mrs. Sanchez — and what defines Sanchez Legal Services — is the rare combination of courtroom-caliber legal knowledge and operational mastery. She has drafted and filed every document category in the New York civil practice arsenal: Bills of Particulars, discovery demands and responses, motions to compel, orders to show cause, subpoenas, notes of issue, and compliance and status conference orders. She has managed court-imposed deadlines across multi-party litigation, liaised with experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel at the highest levels of professionalism, and built training systems that elevated the performance of entire paralegal teams.
Ms. Sanchez founded Sanchez Legal Services to extend that same operational excellence — and the institutional-quality legal support it produces — to law firms of every size. In that role, he served as Executive Sponsor for transformative technologies — including 5G, SD-WAN, and Cloud Security — providing direct advisory counsel to C-suite executives at top Fortune 100 organizations. His ability to translate technical complexity into strategic business outcomes earned him a reputation as one of the most trusted voices in enterprise technology leadership.

Prior to his telecommunications career, Ivan served as Director of Information Technology for a nonprofit organization, where he carried direct responsibility for achieving HIPAA compliance, implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms across clinical operations, and securing sensitive patient data at institutional scale. This formative experience — operating at the intersection of regulated environments, sensitive data, and organizational accountability — gave him the compliance DNA that now drives his work in legal services.
